Add the milk and stock and mix using a whisk. Let this mixture cook on medium heat until thickened

Add the garlic powder, a bit of salt and pepper

Add the parmesan cheese and mix. Sauce is ready

Cut the chicken strips into smaller chunks

Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the Alfredo sauce, add the chicken and mix

Place this mixture on a casserole pan

Top with mozzarella cheese

Place it under the broiler for 2-4 minutes or until cheese has melted

Sprinkle parsley on top
