This tasty pomegranate Pear Salad is served with candied pecans and drizzled with a mustard dressing. The perfect autumn quick salad to serve with dinner
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper
Place the brown sugar and butter in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar and butter melt
Add pecans
Stir for a few minutes or until the pecans are completely coated, about 3-4 minutes
Pour the mixture into the parchment paper
Let it completely dry at room temperature
Break off the pieces when dry
Place all ingredients in a small container with a lid. Close container and shake vigorously or until all ingredients are completely combined
In a big bowl, add the leafy greens, the pomegranate, pecans, and pears. Mix
Slowly add the vinaigrette until the desired flavor is achieved (you may not need all the vinaigrette)
