Season cubed chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning

In a pan over med-high heat, melt 1 tbsp. butter.

Add chicken to the pan and sear over high heat to brown the outsides of the cubes (not cook thoroughly). After it’s browned, turn off the heat and add the garlic.

Mix together and place in the slow cooker bowl.

Add the sweet pepper, lemon juice, 1 Tbsp. butter, bouillon, and 1 cup water.

Cook on low for 6 – 7 hours.

minutes before cooking time is complete, boil the pasta and cook it al dente. Drain set aside

Mix a slurry of the ¼ c water and cornstarch

Add that as well as the cream to the slow cooker and stir well. Add the pasta and mix well, and return the lid and let cook for another 30 minutes on high or until the sauce has thickened.

Serve in bowls and garnish with shredded parmesan cheese.
