1 - 16ozPackage of Rice Ramen Noodles
1tablespoonof peanut butter
2tablespoonof soy sauce
2tablespoonof sesame oilor olive oil
1tablespoonof honey
1teaspoonof rice vinegar
1clovegarlicminced
1teaspoonof grated fresh ginger
scallionssliced
2tbspof roasted peanutcrushed
1tbspsesame seeds
scallionssliced
Instructions
Cook the noodles according to package directions
In a bowl, whisk the peanut butter, soy sauce, oil, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic and scallions
Pour over the cooked and hot noodles
Toss gently to coat all the noodles, sprinkle with the peanuts and serve!
