Banana Caramel Muffins - Gluten free muffins made in the blender! Just 5 ingredients are needed to make the moistest and most delicious muffins you will ever try.

Easy Banana Caramel Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Banana sliced
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Cup of Dulce de Leche
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Vanilla
  • Pieces Heath Bar optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Place all ingredients minus the Heath Bar pieces in the blender
  3. Blend until smooth and all ingredients have been combined
  4. Line a mini muffin tin with muffin paper liners (optional)
  5. Pour batter into each crevice of the muffin tin. Fill all the way to the top
  6. Sprinkle a few Heath Bar nibs
  7. Bake for 16-20 minutes or until top is browned and muffins are cooked
  8. Enjoy!
