  • 1 Pint Strawberries, hulled and cleaned


  1. Preheat Oven to 150 Degrees F (or as low as your oven can go)

  2. Using a food processor or high-speed blender, puree the strawberries

  3. With a spatula, spread the puree onto a cookie sheet lined with silicone or parchment paper. Make sure you spread the puree evenly.

  4. Place in the oven for 6-8 hours or until the mixture is dry

  5. Carefully, peel off the paper and roll it using parchment paper

  6. Keep them at room temperature in a zip top bag

  7. Enjoy!
