Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream chilled
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Whip heavy creamy while adding the lime juice until stiff peaks form

  2. Place a colander over a bowl and line it with cheese cloth

  3. Place the cream into the colander. Cover with the cheesecloth and refrigerate for at least 24 hours

  4. Place cheese into a platter or container and enjoy

Recipe Notes

You may add salt, herbs, spices or nuts to your mixture before placing it in the colander.
