Made with chocolate chunks, these fluffy Instant Pot Pancakes are the perfect fun & delicious breakfast recipe that does not require flipping or babysitting
Follow the directions on the box of the pancake mix. Add chocolate chunks and whisk lightly
Line the bottom of a 7″ inch springform pan with parchment paper and with spray with nonstick spray. Line the outside bottom and sides with foil
Pour batter into the pan
Cover pan with foil
Make a sling with aluminum foil: Break a long piece of foil and fold into 3. The idea is to get a long thin rectangle (helps remove the pancake from the instant pot quicker)
Pour 1 1/2 cups of water in the instant pot. Place trivet on top
Cook on manual high pressure for 30-35 minutes (30 MHP)
Do a quick release
Remove from IP, top with your favorite ingredients and enjoy!
