Ingredients

  • 8 oz blueberries
  • 8 oz sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice I used mandarin juice

Instructions

  • Place the blueberries, lemon juice, and sugar in a saucepan and mix
  • Cook on medium heat or until the sugar begins to melt. If needed add 1 teaspoon of water
  • When the mixture starts bubbling, reduce the heat to low and cook until the mixture becomes thicker but still pourable. About 15-20 minutes
  • Place the jam in boiled jars
  • Cool and refrigerate
  • Enjoy!
