This scrumptious no-bake Chocolate Lasagna Recipe is made from scratch using mascarpone cream and real chocolate. Super easy to make and delish!

Ingredients

  • 1 Box of Chocolate Graham Crackers
  • 1 cup of semi-sweet good quality chocolate chopped
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 - 8 oz tubs of mascarpone cheese at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 2 cups of heavy cream chilled
  • Shaved chocolate for garnish optional

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate in a double boiler, let it cool for 2-3 minutes
  2. Place mascarpone cream in a bowl, mix with sugar, vanilla, and melted chocolate using a spatula or whisk
  3. In another bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form
  4. Fold in HALF of the whipped cream into the mascarpone cream mixture. Fold it in 2-3 batches gently so the whipped cream does not deflate
  5. The other half the whipped cream will be used for layering
  6. Assembly
  7. Place chocolate graham crackers in the bottom of an 8x8 square glass dish. If pieces don't fit, break them up so they form a single layer and cover the whole bottom surface
  8. Spread half the chocolate mascarpone cream over the cookies
  9. Spread half of the whipped cream over the mascarpone cream
  10. Place another layer of chocolate graham crackers on top of the whipped cream. If pieces don't fit, break them up so they form a single layer and cover the whole surface
  11. Spread the remaining chocolate mascarpone over the cookies
  12. Spread the remaining whipping cream over the mascarpone cream
  13. Top with shaved chocolate
  14. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours or overnight
  15. Enjoy!
