This delicious Cuban Sandwich Wrap made with turkey, is ready in 5 minutes or less and is the perfect quick weeknight dinner that is both exotic and tasty!

Ingredients

  • For Wrap:
  • 4 Flatout Flatbreads for wraps
  • 8 oz of smoked turkey breast slices
  • 8 oz of cooked turkey breast thinly sliced
  • 4 Teaspoons of yellow mustard
  • 4-8 Slices of Swiss Cheese
  • slices A few of pickles
  • Salt + Pepper
  • For Mojo dipping sauce:
  • 3 Tablespoon of Minced Onion
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic crushed
  • 3 Tablespoons of Parsley minced
  • 3 Tablespoons of Cilantro minced
  • 3 Tablespoons of Parsley minced
  • 2 Tablespoons of Hot Sauce
  • Cup ¼ + 2 Tablespoons of Red Wine Vinegar
  • Cup ½ + 1 Tablespoon of Vegetable Oil
  • Salt And Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. For Mojo dipping sauce:
  2. Place everything in the blender and mix on high speed
  3. For Wrap
  4. Spread mustard on the surface of the Flatout wrap
  5. Add the smoked turkey slices
  6. Add the turkey breast
  7. Add the cheese
  8. Finally, add the pickles
  9. Place in the toaster oven until cheese and flatbread are toasted
  10. Roll it tightly into a wrap and toast for 1 minute longer
  11. Slice the wrap in 2 and serve with your favorite plantain chips
