Preheat Oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Line an 8x8" square pan with parchment paper

Spray nonstick spray on the bottom and at the sides of the pan

In a pan over medium - low heat, add the butter and chocolate chips. Stir gently until the mixture melts completely. Be careful not to burn the chocolate

Remove chocolate from pan and pour it in a bowl to cool for 5 minutes. Add the sugar and mix

Add the eggs one by one and whisk vigorously

Add the vanilla, pinch of salt and baking powder. Whisk

Slowly add the flour and mix until completely combined

Pour HALF of this batter onto the 8x8" pan

Sprinkle the chocolate chunks all over the batter

Place the dulce de leche in the microwave for 15 seconds (just to get it softer)

Pour the dulce de leche all over the chocolate chunks

Finish off with the rest of the brownie batter

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with a few chunks

Remove from oven and cool on a rack

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting

Cut them up into squares and enjoy!
