Donut Pans with Nonstick Spray

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder together

In another bowl mix the eggs, and cream until combined
-
Pour the egg mixture on top of the flour mixture

Mix with a wooden spoon until combined. You will get a stiff batter
-
Place the batter in a zip top bag and snip a hole on corner
-
"Pipe" batter in the donut pan making sure the dough is distributed evenly onto each crevice

Bake for 15 - 18 minutes or until the donuts spring back to the touch when you press on the surface

Remove from oven and let them cool for 1-2 minutes

Invert onto a plate or pan and cool while making the glaze

For Glaze
-
Break the chocolate into pieces
-
Place all the glaze ingredients in a small saucepan
-
Heat the saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly until chocolate melts
-
Remove from Heat
-
Assembly
-
Dip warm donuts into glaze
-
Add some sprinkles on top
-
Let them cool and set
