One-Pot Caprese Pasta

Ingredients

  • 12 oz of Spaghetti
  • 4 1/2 Cups of Water
  • 1/4 Cup of Basil chopped
  • 3 Cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1 Pint of cherries tomatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • 8 oz of fresh mozzarella cheese cubed
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except the cheese in a big pot
  2. Boil over medium-high heat until the liquid is absorbed and the pasta is cooked. Check for seasoning and make the necessary adjustments
  3. Remove from heat and add the mozzarella cheese. Stir until all the ingredients are combined
  4. Enjoy!!
