Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Frozen Strawberries
  • 3/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup or Honey
  • Nuts for garnish optional

Instructions

  1. Place the yogurt, frozen strawberries, and sweetener in a high-powered blender or a food processor. Pulse until combined

  2. The frozen yogurt is ready to eat and the rest can be stored in the freezer.
