This delicious Ravioli Lasagna recipe is made with frozen ravioli, homemade Alfredo sauce, cheese and fresh spinach. The perfect quick weeknight dinner idea
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Place the olive oil in a skillet over low heat
Add the minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Careful no to burn the garlic
Toss in the flour and mix until all the flour is cooked. About 1-2 minutes
Add the milk and stock and mix using a whisk. Let this mixture cook on medium heat until thickened
Add the garlic powder, a bit of salt and pepper
and parmesan cheese. Mix until combined
In an 8x8" square baking pan, place a little bit of Alfredo sauce on the bottom
Assemble the cheese ravioli in a single layer
Add a layer of spinach on top
Add both kinds of cheese on top
Add more sauce and repeat the same layers ending with the sauce
Bake for 30-35 minutes until mixture has become bubbly. Broil for 1-2 minutes to brown the top
Remove from the oven and let it cool 5 minutes before cutting
