Ingredients
For Alfredo Sauce:
1 1/2tablespoonsolive oil
3tablespoonsall purpose flour
1cupmilk
1cupchicken or vegetable stock
1clovegarlicminced
1teaspoongarlic powder
3/4cupparmesan cheesegrated
salt + pepper to taste
For Lasagna:
20ozcheese raviolifrozen
4ozSargento® Shredded Mozzarella
4ozSargento® Chef Blends® Shredded 6 Cheese Italian
1cupfresh spinach
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
For alfredo sauce:
Place the olive oil in a skillet over low heat
Add the minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Careful no to burn the garlic
Toss in the flour and mix until all the flour is cooked. About 1-2 minutes
Add the milk and stock and mix using a whisk. Let this mixture cook on medium heat until thickened
Add the garlic powder, a bit of salt and pepper and parmesan cheese. Mix until combined
To assemble lasagna:
In an 8x8" square baking pan, place a little bit of Alfredo sauce on the bottom
Assemble the cheese ravioli in a single layer
Add a layer of spinach on top
Add both kinds of cheese on top
Add more sauce and repeat the same layers ending with the sauce
Bake for 30-35 minutes until mixture has become bubbly. Broil for 1-2 minutes to brown the top
Remove from the oven and let it cool 5 minutes before cutting
