Ingredients

For Chicken

  • 2 lbs Chicken Parts mix and match, bone in - with skin
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt + Pepper

For Plum Orange Sauce

  • 1/4 Cup Plum Sauce available in the Asian section of the Supermarket
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Mustard

Garnish (optional)

  • Sesame Seeds
  • Green Onion chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Place chicken in a casserole pan
  3. Rub Olive Oil all over the chicken
  4. Add salt and pepper
  5. Roast for 45 minutes
  6. Meanwhile, place all the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and boil in the stove over medium heat. Remove from heat
  7. After the chicken roasts for 45 minutes, remove from the oven and brush sauce all over the surface of the chicken. Save some sauce for the end
  8. Roast for 10 more minutes or until the chicken has browned (don't let it burn)
  9. Remove from heat and add some sauce if desired
  10. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions
  11. Enjoy!
