Ingredients

  • 20 units Tyson Chicken Nuggets
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh Ginger minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed Orange Juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Orange Zest (orange part only)
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Stock
  • 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • Salt + Pepper to taste

Garnish (optional)

  • Sesame Seeds
  • Green Onion chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook Tyson Chicken Nuggets according to the package directions

  2. In a bowl, mix the orange juice, zest, chicken stock, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch together 

  3. Place a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the sesame oil

  4. Cook the garlic and ginger for 2-3 minutes or until they're soft and fragrant. 

  5. Pour the bowl with all the rest of the sauce ingredients and cook on medium heat while stirring until the sauce boils and thickens 

  6. Add salt and pepper and check the sauce for seasoning

  7. Pour sauce over crispy Tyson Chicken Nuggets and coat the chicken on all sides. Serve IMMEDIATELY to avoid the nuggets from softening 

  8. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions

  9. Enjoy!
