Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 1/4 cups Milk
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 4 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • organic peanut butter to top

Instructions

  1. Sift flour twice

  2. Add baking powder and sugar into the flour mix and stir with a whisk

  3. Add all remaining ingredients into the dry mixture you created. Whisk until well mixed

  4. Pour ¼ cup batter onto a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until small forms have appeared on top (2 minutes) with the help of a spatula flip it and cook for 2 more minutes or until golden brown

  5. Take out and repeat the process with the rest of the pancakes. Stack on top of another and top with a generous serving of peanut butter

  6. Serve and enjoy
