For Smoothie Bowl
2packets unsweetened frozen acai puree
1cupyogurtor milk of choice
1cupfrozen strawberries
1cupfrozen raspberries
1/2cupdragon fruitpitaya, fresh or frozen
For Toppings
Fresh berries
Sliced dragon fruit
Granola
Nuts or seeds
Coconut flakesoptional
Instructions
Add the acai packets, yogurt, strawberries, raspberries, and dragon fruit into a high-speed blender
Blend until smooth and thick. If needed, add a splash of milk to help it blend, but keep the mixture thick like soft-serve
Divide into bowls
Top with fresh fruit, granola, nuts, or your favorite toppings
Serve immediately and enjoy
Notes
For a thicker acai bowl, use minimal liquid and blend slowly. The texture should be similar to soft-serve ice cream.
If your blender is struggling, stop and scrape down the sides, then blend again. Add liquid 1 tablespoon at a time only if needed.
Use frozen fruit for best results. Fresh fruit will make the bowl too thin.
You can substitute yogurt with milk, almond milk, coconut milk, or juice, depending on your preference.
For added protein, mix in protein powder or use Greek yogurt.
Sweetness can vary depending on the fruit. If needed, add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
