This delicious Baked chicken taquitos recipe is easy to make and yummy. The Chicken is baked with cheese and salsa verde sauce on a crispy tortilla for a quick weeknight dinner idea that the whole family will enjoy!

2  cups  Cooked chicken 1/2  cup  Cream cheese  softened 2  Tablespoons   Cilantro  chopped 1/2  Cup  Salsa Verde 1  Cup  Shredded Mexican cheese 12  corn tortillas Salt + Pepper Cooking Spray  
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
Chop chicken into bigger pieces
Place the chicken pieces on a food processor and process until minced
Place minced chicken in a bowl
Add the cream cheese, salsa verde, salt, pepper, cilantro, and cheese. Mix well with a wooden spoon
Add a small amount of filling into the lower third of the tortilla. Roll them tightly into a taquito
Repeat with remaining tortillas
Place the tortillas on a rectangular baking pan snuggled tightly
Spray tops and sides with nonstick spray
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until tortillas have crisped up
