1 cup Dates pitted 1 cup Cranberries dried 2 teaspoons Walnut Oil 2 teaspoons Chia Seeds 2 teaspoons Flax Seeds 1 cup Almonds toasted
Puree all the ingredients in a food processor
Place the mixture in an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper
Refrigerate for one hour minimum
Cut into bars
