Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dates pitted
  • 1 cup Cranberries dried
  • 2 teaspoons Walnut Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Chia Seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Flax Seeds
  • 1 cup Almonds toasted

Instructions

  • Puree all the ingredients in a food processor
  • Place the mixture in an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper
  • Refrigerate for one hour minimum
  • Cut into bars
  • Enjoy!
