- 1 Red Jalapeno minced or any other hot pepper
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Rice Wine Vinegar or Regular Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Water
- 8 oz Cream Cheese block version
- Fresh green jalapeno sliced
Place cream cheese on a heat proof plate
In a saucepan place the jalapeno, sugar, vinegar, and water
Cook on medium heat until the mixture reduces and becomes thick. Stir regularly to avoid the peppers from sticking to the bottom. About 20-30 minutes
Pour boiling mixture on top of the cream cheese
Garnish with green jalapeno slices
Serve immediately
