Easy Candied Pecans
Super Easy Candied Pecans Recipe - Pecans are baked using a cinnamon sugar mixture. Great snack for entertaining and a topping for salads and other dishes.

2 cups pecans 1 egg white 1 tablespoon water 1/4 cup Brown Sugar 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili pepper (optional)
Preheat oven to 250 Degrees FahrenheitÂ
Place the brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and chipotle in a bowl and mix until combined
In another bowl using a fork, whisk the egg whites and water until frothy
Incorporate the pecans into de egg mixture and mix well
Add the Brown Sugar and toss until all the Pecans are coated
Spread the pecans onto a cookie sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper
Bake them for approximate an hour tossing them 3-4 times.
