Ingredients

For Wrap:

  • 4 flatbreads for wraps
  • 8 oz smoked turkey breast slices
  • 8 oz cooked turkey breast thinly sliced
  • 4 Teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 4-8 Slices swiss Cheese
  • slices A few of pickles
  • Salt + Pepper

For Mojo dipping sauce:

  • 3 Tablespoon minced Onion
  • 3 Cloves garlic crushed
  • 3 Tablespoons parsley minced
  • 3 Tablespoons cilantro minced
  • 3 Tablespoons parsley minced
  • 2 Tablespoons hot Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup + 2 Tablespoons of Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup + 1 Tablespoon of Vegetable Oil
  • Salt And Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • For Mojo dipping sauce:
  • Place everything in the blender and mix on high speed
  • For Wrap
  • Spread mustard on the surface of the Flatout wrap
  • Add the smoked turkey slices
  • Add the turkey breast
  • Add the cheese
  • Finally, add the pickles
  • Place in the toaster oven until cheese and flatbread are toasted
  • Roll it tightly into a wrap and toast for 1 minute longer
  • Slice the wrap in 2 and serve with your favorite plantain chips
