4 hoagie rolls Olive oil 1 green pepper 1 white onion 1 pound thinly sliced beef salt/pepper 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce 8 Slices Provolone cheese or more if you'd like
Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit
Slice the green peppers and onions
On medium heat saute the vegetables with a little bit of olive oil
Cover the saute pan, so it can steam a little. Stir often. You want the vegetables to soften up
Set the veggies aside, clean the pan and now saute the meat with a little extra olive oil. This step is quick.
Season the meat with salt and pepper. Add the worcestershire sauce and stir once more
Mix in the vegetables with the meat
Open each roll lengthwise, add the meat mixture
Put 2 slice of provolone cheese on top of the meat and put it in the oven on a baking sheet until the cheese melts
Enjoy!
