For Peaches 5 Peaches sliced and pitted 3 Tablespoons Butter 3 Teaspoons Sugar 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon more if you'd like For Cobbler 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour 1/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup 5 Tablespoons Butter at room temperature
For Peaches In a cast iron skillet over medium heat, melt the butter
Add the peaches, sugar and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until softened
For Cobbler Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
Place spoonfuls of cobbler on top of the peaches
Bake for 30 minutes or until the crust has browned
Serve warm
