Mix mascarpone cheese, vanilla and coffee together until creamy and smooth. Divide this mixture in 2
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form. About 4-5 minutes
Fold HALF of the mascarpone cream into the heavy the cream until combined
In a glass (or cup) place a bit of the whipped cream on the bottom, add the cubes of Sara Lee poundcake, mascarpone coffee cream, hershey's syrup and whipped cream mixture
Repeat the last step again with another layer
Top with shaved chocolate
Place in the fridge until ready to serve

Notes
For a more traditional tiramisu flavor, substitute ladyfingers for the pound cake.
Make sure the coffee is completely cooled before mixing with the mascarpone.
These tiramisu cups can be prepared up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerated until ready to serve.
Use mini mason jars, wine glasses, or dessert cups for an elegant presentation.
Garnish with cocoa powder, shaved chocolate, or chocolate curls before serving.
For an adults-only version, add 1-2 tablespoons of coffee liqueur or marsala wine to the coffee mixture.
