Ingredients
1LbTurkey Breastground
1Medium Onionchopped
1Red Pepperchopped
2Medium tomatoeschopped (may substitute for canned diced tomatoes)
2Tablespoonscapersdrained
1/2CupOlivespitted and halved (you may add more)
1/2CupRaisins
1TeaspoonCumin
1Teaspoontomato paste
1CupKetchup
1TablespoonOlive Oil
Salt + Pepper to taste

Instructions
Heat the Olive Oil in a large skillet
Sautee the onions, tomatoes and peppers over medium heat until softened. About 5 minutes
Add salt, pepper and cumin
Toss in the turkey and using a wooden spoon, break the turkey up in small pieces while it cooks
When the turkey is no longer pink, add the capers, olives and raisins. Mix well
Pour the tomato paste and ketchup. Cook over low heat until the liquid reduces and thickens. About 5 minutes
