  • 8 bone- skin on chicken thighs
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons stone ground mustard
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • In a bowl, mix the mustard, thyme and syrup - Do not add the sauce on the chicken yet
  • Place the chicken thighs in the oven in the upper middle part (do not stick the pans too close to the broiler)
  • Broil thighs skin side up for 6-7 minutes
  • Remove from broiler and with tongs, flip the thighs and brush with 1/2 of the prepared sauce
  • Broil for 2-3 minutes
  • Flip them over again and brush with the rest of the sauce
  • Broil for 2 more minutes
  • Remove from oven and check if the chicken is completely cooked
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Remember that broiling creates a lot of smoke in the oven. Open your windows before cooking to avoid your smoke alarm from setting on.
