This tasty maple Roasted Peach Salad recipe is served with greens, tomatoes, almonds, parmesan and almonds, then tossed with a tangy maple vinaigrette.
Cut peaches in half. Remove the pit and cut into slices
In a bowl toss the peaches with the maple syrup, olive oil, salt and pepper until the peaches are completely coated
Spread peaches on a greased sheet pan and roast for 15 minutes
Flip the over and roast for 15 minutes more
Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes
In a small bowl, place all the vinaigrette ingredients together and mix vigorously using a whisk
In a salad bowl place all the salad ingredients and slowly add the vinaigrette until your desired flavor is achieved (you may not need all the vinaigrette)
