Peach Cherry Wine Slushies

Refreshing frozen wine slushies made with peaches, cherries, and white wine. Easy summer cocktail for parties, brunch, or poolside sipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 2 teaspoons sugar or to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cups Riesling wine or other white wine
  • 1 to 2 cups ice as needed
  • 4 maraschino cherries for garnish
  • Fresh peach slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Cherry Layer

  • Add 1 cup wine, frozen cherries, 1 teaspoon sugar, and half the lemon juice to a blender.
  • Blend until slushy and smooth.
  • Divide mixture among glasses, filling halfway.

Peach Layer

  • Add remaining 1 cup wine, frozen peaches, remaining sugar, and remaining lemon juice to blender.
  • Blend until smooth and slushy.
  • Spoon or pour over cherry layer.

Serve

  • Garnish with maraschino cherries and peach slices.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • If the mixture is too thin, add ice or more frozen fruit.
  • If too thick, add a splash of wine.
  • Use Moscato, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, or rosé if preferred.
  • Taste fruit first and adjust sugar as needed.
  • For parties, double the recipe and blend in batches.
