Peach Cherry Wine Slushies
Refreshing frozen wine slushies made with peaches, cherries, and white wine. Easy summer cocktail for parties, brunch, or poolside sipping.

- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 2 teaspoons sugar or to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cups Riesling wine or other white wine
- 1 to 2 cups ice as needed
- 4 maraschino cherries for garnish
- Fresh peach slices for garnish (optional)
Cherry Layer
Add 1 cup wine, frozen cherries, 1 teaspoon sugar, and half the lemon juice to a blender.
Blend until slushy and smooth.
Divide mixture among glasses, filling halfway.
Peach Layer
Add remaining 1 cup wine, frozen peaches, remaining sugar, and remaining lemon juice to blender.
Blend until smooth and slushy.
Spoon or pour over cherry layer.
- If the mixture is too thin, add ice or more frozen fruit.
- If too thick, add a splash of wine.
- Use Moscato, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, or rosé if preferred.
- Taste fruit first and adjust sugar as needed.
- For parties, double the recipe and blend in batches.
