This decadent double Chocolate Chia Pudding recipe cooks overnight in your fridge. It's vegan, GF and so easy to make. Perfect for a quick breakfast idea

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk Coconut or Cashew Milk
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup for non-vegan use honey
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Dark chocolate squares or more
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Chop the chocolate and melt it in the a double boiler, microwave or on a low flame burner
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender
  3. Divide the pudding into small jars or one big jar
  4. Place overnight in the fridge before consuming (or a minimum of 4 hours)
  5. Enjoy!
