Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups Nutella
  • 1 Cup semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 12 Tablespoons unsalted Butter (1½ sticks)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 tb hazelnut coffee creamer
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper
  2. Using an ice cream scoop, place 1 tablespoon mounds on the parchment paper
  3. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until completely frozen
  4. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  5. Line an 8x8" square pan with parchment paper
  6. Spray nonstick spray on the bottom and at the sides of the pan
  7. In a pan over medium - low heat, add the butter and chocolate chips. Stir gently until the mixture melts completely. Be careful not to burn the chocolate
  8. Remove chocolate from pan and pour it in a bowl to cool for 5 minutes. Add the sugar and mix
  9. Add the eggs one by one and whisk vigorously
  10. Add the vanilla, coffee creamer, pinch of salt and baking powder. Whisk
  11. Slowly add the flour and mix until completely combined
  12. Pour HALF of this batter onto the 8x8" pan
  13. Place mounds of Nutella spread out over the batter
  14. Finish off with the rest of the brownie batter
  15. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with a few chunks
  16. Remove from oven and cool on a rack
  17. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting
  18. Cut them up into squares and enjoy!
