Season chicken with salt and pepper

Heat Olive Oil in a large skillet

Add chicken to the skillet and sauce on both sides until browned - About 4-5 minutes

In a bowl, mix in the Mayo, Sriracha, Vinegar, Orange zest and juice. Check for seasoning and make the necessary adjustments. If sauce is too thick add more orange juice

When chicken browns, add the sauce to the skillet and mix well

Let sauce boil with the chicken for 2-3 minutes
