This easy ceviche recipe requires only a few ingredients and no cooking! The perfect low-fat appetizer to serve at any party or get-together.
In a big bowl place the chopped onions and peppers
Add the cubed fish, try to get them in little pieces
Add the cilantro, salt, pepper and lemon juice
Stir until all ingredients are incorporated
Cover and place in the fridge for about 15- 20 minutes
Give them a shake or a stir once or twice
Can be made 1 day in advance and refrigerated
