Corn Souffle Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Corn Meal
  • 2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 3 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Cans of Creamed Corn
  • 2 Cans of Corn

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
  2. In a big bowl mix the eggs with the flours, salt, sugar, salt and baking powder
  3. Add the oil and corns. Mix well
  4. Pour the mixture in a greased rectangular baking pan
  5. Bake for 1 hour on until top is brown
