  • 2 teaspoons Sesame oil

  • 2 teaspoons Sugar

For Signature Chicken Dumplings

  • One box of P.F. Chang’s Signature Chicken Dumplings

Instructions

For Lo Mein

  • Cook noodles according to package directions
  • In a small bowl, mix the sauce ingredients together
  • In a skillet, heat 1 teaspoon of sesame oil on medium-high heat. Add the peppers, snow peas and carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes or until softened. Remove from skillet and set aside
  • Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil to skillet and cook shrimp with garlic and ginger for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. Do not overcook
  • Drain noodles and add to the skillet along with the sauce and the veggies. Toss with a spatula until mixed.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.

For Signature Chicken Dumplings

  • Per box directions, add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to a 10-inch nonstick skillet; coat evenly
  • Place dumplings in a single layer, seam-side up and add 1/3 cup water (just enough to cover the bottom of skillet)
  • Cover and cook over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes, until water has evaporated and bottoms of dumplings are lightly browned. Do not move dumplings during cooking
  • Check that the dumplings are cooked thoroughly. Careful, they're hot! Serve and enjoy!
