Ingredients
12ouncesrice noodles
1/4cupsoy sauce
1Tbsp sugar
2clovesgarlicminced
2Tbspapple cider vinegarrice vinegar is fine
4Tbspsesame oil
4Tbsplight Olive oilor other of your liking
A pinch of red chili peppermore if you like it Hot!
green onions sliced thin
Instructions
Cook the noodles according to package directions
In a sauce pan bring to a boil all the ingredients above, except the noodles and the green onions - for just 2 minutes
Remove from heat
Pour hot sauce over the noodles and toss to coat
Sprinkle with the onions and perhaps some sesame seeds
