- 2 Strawberries chopped
- 3/4 Cup Quick Oats
- 2/3 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk unsweetened
- 1-2 Teaspoons Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Greek Yogurt optional
Place strawberries, honey and almond milk in the blender and blend until combined
in a jar, add the oats and pour in the liquid
Close the lid
Shake off the jar for a few seconds
Set it in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours
Mix in the greek yogurt (omit if you want to keep it vegan)
Garnish with fresh fruit on top. Enjoy cold or warm!
