In a small bowl, add the warm milk, 1 ts of sugar and the yeast. Mix and cover. Let it rest for 15 minutes until the yeast blooms.
Using the mixer, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, dissolved yeast mixture, honey, zest, coffee, chocolate and oil. Blend until all the ingredients are combined
Add the chopped nuts and keep blending
Grease a loaf pan with oil, then a little flour. Make sure the bottom and the sides are well covered with the oil and flour.
Dump the batter in the loaf pan. Top with whole Walnuts mixed with a little flour
Bake for One Hour. Lower the temperature to 300 F and bake for 30 minutes more
