In a medium bowl mix the flour, baking soda, and salt
Using the mixer, in a large bowl mix the sugars and butter for 3-4 minutes until creamy and fluffy. Remember to clean the sides and bottom of the pan with a spatula
Add the eggs one a time mixing well after each addition
Add the vanilla
Add in the flour mixture in 3 installments to make sure the batter incorporates fully
Finally add the macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips and mix until they are fully integrated in the dough. DO NOT OVERMIX
Scoop cookie dough in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake for 9-10 minutes or until the edges of the cookies start to brown
Remove from the oven and let the cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Cookies will appear underbaked. They will continue baking outside of the oven
