Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Macadamia Nuts chopped
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F
  • In a medium bowl mix the flour, baking soda, and salt
  • Using the mixer, in a large bowl mix the sugars and butter for 3-4 minutes until creamy and fluffy. Remember to clean the sides and bottom of the pan with a spatula
  • Add the eggs one a time mixing well after each addition
  • Add the vanilla
  • Add in the flour mixture in 3 installments to make sure the batter incorporates fully
  • Finally add the macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips and mix until they are fully integrated in the dough. DO NOT OVERMIX
  • Scoop cookie dough in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Bake for 9-10 minutes or until the edges of the cookies start to brown
  • Remove from the oven and let the cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Cookies will appear underbaked. They will continue baking outside of the oven
