Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 3 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper
  • In a bowl, whisk egg whites until frothy
  • Add sugar and mix until combined
  • Stir in shredded coconut until fully incorporated
  • Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, place mounds onto baking sheets
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until tops are golden
  • Let cool completely before removing from pan
  • Serve and enjoy

Notes

• Use sweetened shredded coconut for the best texture and flavor
• Do not overbake, or macaroons will become dry
