Ingredients
For Pumpkin Hummus*
1Can of Garbanzo Beansdrained
1/2CupTahini
2TeaspoonsCuminor to taste
1/2TeaspoonPaprika
1TeaspoonFresh lemon juice
1CloveGarliccrushed
1/4CupExtra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2CupPumpkin Puree
Salt And Pepper To Taste
For Pizza
Canned Refrigerated Pizza Doughstore bought pizza dough or homemade
¼CupChopped Red Onions
¼CupChopped Tomatoes
½CupGoat Cheesecrumbled
1/4CupSpinachchopped
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil
Instructions
For Pumpkin Hummus
Place all ingredients on a food processor. Process until smooth
Taste for seasoning, add more if needed
For Pizza
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper
Place the pizza dough on top of the parchment paper
Bake for 5 minutes
Remove from oven
Spread pumpkin Hummus over the the pizza
Add the veggies
Sprinkle in the cheese
Add salt and pepper
Drizzle olive oil on top
Bake for 5-7 minutes or until cheese has toasted up

Recipe Notes
*If you're in a hurry you can use store bought hummus and just add 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree.
