1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Line an 8x8" square pan with parchment paper

For Chocolate Brownie Layer

1. In a saucepan melt the butter and chocolate chips over medium low heat
2. Remove from heat and add the sugar and flour. Mix with a whisk until combined
3. Add the eggs, vanilla and pinch of salt. Whisk until combined
4. Pour this batter on the prepared pan

For White Chocolate Brownie Layer

1. In a saucepan melt the butter and white chocolate chips over medium low heat
2. Remove from heat and add the sugar and flour. Mix with a whisk until combined
3. Add the eggs, vanilla and pinch of salt. Whisk until combined
4. Pour this batter over the chocolate layer and spread evenly
5. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with few crumbs
6. Remove from oven and cool over a rack
7. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours for easier slicing
8. Run a knife through the sides of the brownie pan
9. Lift the parchment paper to release the brownies
10. Cut into squares
