Ingredients

For Chocolate Brownie Layer

  • 1/2 Cup semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 6 Tablespoons unsalted Butter Melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt

For White Chocolate Blondie Layer

  • 1/2 Cup white chocolate chips
  • 6 Tablespoons unsalted Butter Melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Line an 8x8" square pan with parchment paper

For Chocolate Brownie Layer

  • In a saucepan melt the butter and chocolate chips over medium low heat
  • Remove from heat and add the sugar and flour. Mix with a whisk until combined
  • Add the eggs, vanilla and pinch of salt. Whisk until combined
  • Pour this batter on the prepared pan

For White Chocolate Brownie Layer

  • In a saucepan melt the butter and white chocolate chips over medium low heat
  • Remove from heat and add the sugar and flour. Mix with a whisk until combined
  • Add the eggs, vanilla and pinch of salt. Whisk until combined
  • Pour this batter over the chocolate layer and spread evenly
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with few crumbs
  • Remove from oven and cool over a rack
  • Refrigerate for 1-2 hours for easier slicing
  • Run a knife through the sides of the brownie pan
  • Lift the parchment paper to release the brownies
  • Cut into squares
  • Enjoy!
