For Chocolate Brownie Layer 1/2 Cup semi-sweet Chocolate Chips 6 Tablespoons unsalted Butter Melted 2 eggs 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup all purpose flour Pinch of salt For White Chocolate Blondie Layer 1/2 Cup white chocolate chips 6 Tablespoons unsalted Butter Melted 2 eggs 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup all purpose flour Pinch of salt
For Chocolate Brownie Layer In a saucepan melt the butter and chocolate chips over medium low heat
Remove from heat and add the sugar and flour. Mix with a whisk until combined
Add the eggs, vanilla and pinch of salt. Whisk until combined
Pour this batter on the prepared pan
For White Chocolate Brownie Layer In a saucepan melt the butter and white chocolate chips over medium low heat
Remove from heat and add the sugar and flour. Mix with a whisk until combined
Add the eggs, vanilla and pinch of salt. Whisk until combined
Pour this batter over the chocolate layer and spread evenly
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with few crumbs
Remove from oven and cool over a rack
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours for easier slicing
Run a knife through the sides of the brownie pan
Lift the parchment paper to release the brownies
Cut into squares
