Chocolate Layer Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Remove from heat and whisk in sugar and flour until combined.
Add eggs, vanilla, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
White Chocolate Layer Melt the white chocolate chips and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Remove from heat and whisk in sugar and flour until combined.

Carefully spread the blondie batter over the brownie layer.
Bake Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool completely.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before slicing for clean layers.
