No Knead Crusty Bread (4 Ingredients)

Only 4 ingredients and baked right in the dutch oven. This crusty bread is easy to make, delicious and perfect with slab of butter.

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups Water at room temperature
  • 3 Cups of Bread Flour*
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Instant Yeast
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons of Salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl
  2. Use a wooden spoon to stir all the ingredients until combined
  3. Wrap plastic wrap on top of the bowl and let it proof for about 12 to 18 hours
  4. Place a dutch oven with lid inside the oven
  5. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
  6. On a floured surface, drop the dough and shape into a ball or your desired shape
  7. Place the dough inside the preheated dutch oven. Cover with lid
  8. Bake for 30 minutes
  9. Remove the lid and bake for 12-15 minutes more or until brown on top
  10. Enjoy!
