Preheat Oven to 150 Degrees F (or as low as your oven can go)
Using a food processor or high-speed blender, puree the strawberries
With a spatula, spread the puree onto a cookie sheet lined with silicone or parchment paper. Make sure you spread the puree evenly.
Place in the oven for 6-8 hours or until the mixture is dry
Carefully, peel off the paper and roll it using parchment paper
Keep them at room temperature in a zip top bag
