Homemade Strawberry Fruit Roll Ups Recipe - A Healthy snack for kids! Perfect for the lunchbox and as an afternoon pick me up after school. No sugar added!

Ingredients

  • 1 Pint Strawberries hulled and cleaned

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven to 150 Degrees F (or as low as your oven can go)
  • Using a food processor or high-speed blender, puree the strawberries
  • With a spatula, spread the puree onto a cookie sheet lined with silicone or parchment paper. Make sure you spread the puree evenly.
  • Place in the oven for 6-8 hours or until the mixture is dry
  • Carefully, peel off the paper and roll it using parchment paper
  • Keep them at room temperature in a zip top bag
  • Enjoy!
