These strawberry fruit roll-ups are a healthy fruit leather made with just one ingredient. No added sugar and perfect for lunchboxes.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pint Strawberries hulled and cleaned

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 150°F (or the lowest setting available).
  • Blend strawberries until completely smooth. Do not add water.
  • Spread the puree evenly onto a parchment or silicone-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 6–8 hours, or until dry but still flexible.
  • Carefully peel from the paper and cut or roll into strips.
  • Store in a zip-top bag at room temperature.

Notes

  • Spread the puree evenly so it dries at the same rate.
  • Start checking at the 6-hour mark to avoid over-drying.
  • If too thin, it may become brittle. If too thick, it may stay sticky.
  • Works with other fruits like mango, peach, or berries.
